| Information: | CAFE Johnson County is a coalition of parents, health professionals and health organizations dedicated to reducing tobacco-related death and disease. The coalition has four goal areas - youth prevention, help for tobacco users who want to quit, secondhand smoke education, and eliminating disparities of tobacco use. The coalition sponsors public forums, promotes smoke free environments and provides training for youth and adult tobacco control advocates. Tax deductible donations can be made to the coalition.
