| Information: | Karen Werner, Program Manager to stay in the home through out the course of a child abuse assessment. Change Phase (SCT) description to: community based treatment with a delinquency/conduct disorder specific component as an alternative to out of home placement for adjudicated delinquent youth. YES- (Youth Emergency Shelter)- Provides emergency and short-term residential care and counseling to runaway and homeless children ES- (Emergency Services)- support services for families to prevent placement in shelter Aftercare- Provides education, guidance, and financial support to youth aging out of the foster care system. Adoption and Family Foster Care Program- Serves children and their families, while children are temporarily placed in family foster care as well as licensing, training, and supporting foster parents/adoptive parents. STEP- (Strategies Toward Effective Performance Classroom)-provides specific intervention services to middle and high school age children who have been suspended from school for an infraction. Funding- we can help families secure funding through various sources. |
