- Exit I-80 at Highway 1 (exit 246) going south into Iowa City.
- Highway 1 becomes Dodge Street, a one way street heading towards downtown.
- Stay in the right hand lane and head South towards downtown.
- At the intersection of Burlington Street, turn right (west).
- Take Burlington to the second light, Linn Street.
- There is a parking garage on the North West corner of that intersection.
- The Library is at 123 South Linn Street, one half block to the north of that parking structure.
