- Exit I-80 at Dubuque Street (exit 244) going south into Iowa City.
- Stay in the right hand lane as you approach down town Iowa City.
- Turn left onto Iowa Avenue and head east one block to the intersection of Iowa Avenue and Linn Street.
- A public parking garage is located on the southeast corner of that intersection (enter off Iowa Avenue).
- The Library is at 123 South Linn Street, 1.5 blocks south of that parking structure.
- An additional parking garage is one half block south of the Library on Linn Street at Burlington.
