As soon as you snap your fingers, the principal turns into Captain Underpants. When you pour water on his head, he turns back into mean Mr. Krupp. It is kind of a long book but its really, really good. There are some really funny parts and plus they have little comics throughout the book.

Coraline is a book about a young girl named Coraline who likes to explore. When she moves to a new apartment and begins to explore she finds a few mysterious things: an abandoned courtyard with a tennis court and a well and black cat who seems to be trying to talk to her. She also finds a door leading to a brick wall in a storage room at the back of her new flat. One rainy day, when her parents are out shopping, she finds the black iron key that leads to the door in the storage room. When she opens the door, though, she doesn't find a brick wall, but an entrance to a type of parallel universe, where everything seems similar, but definitely not quite the same as home. She get trapped in this world with her "other parents" who will do whatever it takes to sew their black button eyes on Coraline and make her theirs forever.

I really liked this book. It was a pleasant blend of romance, comedy, and lots of fantasy. The main character is a girl named Emma, who is trying to learn magic. She embarks upon a quest to save her Aunt Grassina's beloved, who they are trying to save from an otter's doom. She goes from twisted adventure to twisted adventure in this unique read. Also read the other book's in this series, including The Frog Princess and Salamander Spell.

Dragonspell is about a girl named Kale. Since she was a baby she has been a slave in a small town called River Away. When she finds a dragon egg she is sent to The Hall. On her way she is intercepted by an emerlindin and a doneel. Who help her on her quest to find a special dragon egg. I like Dragonspell because it has mystery, adventure and action. My favorite part is when the group gets in and out of Risto's castle. My least favorite part is when she fails and loses the egg, the cape and the dragons. but she fixes everything.

Once in a house on Egypt Street, there lived a china rabbit named Edward Tulane. The rabbit was very pleased with himself, and for good reason: he was owned by a girl named Abilene , who treated him with the utmost care and adored him. And then, one day, he was lost. This is a very good sad and happy book. The rabbit has lots of people that he meets and loves. This book will sure delight you!!!

This book is about a normal teenage girl who finds out she is a mermaid. Throughout the story she finds out about the mer world and her past. I think this is 1 of the best books ever. There are 2 sequels, Emily Windsnap and the Monster of the Deep and Emily Windsnap and the Castle in the Mist.
