Loan Periods and Fines
Fines are charged for all items returned to the building after closing on the due date and for each day thereafter that the Library is open. Fines are charged for all items returned to the Remote Book Drops after 1:00 p.m. on the due date and for each day thereafter that the Library is open. There is no grace period.
Limit Definition
The number of items in a particular collection that may be checked out to one person. A borrower may not present multiple cards to increase the number of items he or she is allowed to take. There is an overall limit of 75 items on each individual's card.

Borrowing privileges are suspended whenever unpaid fines or other charges total $10.00 or more. Fines of $10.00 or more must be paid before borrowers may check out materials. You can pay your fines online 24-hours a day with a Visa, Master Card or Discover. Just login to your account, click on your fine balance, and then select the button labeled "Pay Online."
Maximum Fine
The maximum fine for most materials is the fine times a maximum of 30 days, or $10, whichever is less.
