Park for FREE
Receive one hour of FREE Parking when you use any library service or attend a library program any time the Library is open. Library card holders qualify for one hour of free parking, up to two times per week, at the Capitol Street, Dubuque Street, or Tower Place parking ramps. Bring your Parking Entrance Ticket and your library card to the Helo, Reference or Children's Desk for validation. One validation per ticket.
Parking Ramps
Browse the Parking Ramps & Street Maps for the locations of downtown parking ramps around the Library. The Library also provides free short-term parking on Linn Street, and there are a variety of metered parking spaces throughout the area.
Ride the Bus for Free
Bus Passes are also available any day the transit system operates, Monday - Saturday.
Bring your library card to the Help, Reference or Children's Desks to receive a bus pass. Bus passes are only valid on the day they are issued. Limit of 2 passes per week per person.
