Internet Computers
The library provides free Internet access at 32 public workstations on the Second Floor of the library.
- Access is limited to a maximum of 90 minutes/day
- Individual sessions are limited to a maximum of 45 minutes.
Users must posses a current ICPL library card, or have registered for a special "Internet Only" card. "Temporary Internet Use" cards, limited to 30 minutes/day, are available for those who do not qualify to get a regular library card, or do not have the photo ID and proof of address to get one.
Children's Internet
Free Internet and educational computer game access for children (preschool through sixth grade) is available at 8 stations. These are located in the Children's Room on the first floor of the library. Children should use their own library cards to register if possible. "Temporary Internet Use" cards are available at the Children's Room Desk. The same time and session limits apply for children.
Usage Policy
Users must accept the Library's Internet Use Policy before they are able to access the Internet. At the Library's workstations the Internet Use Policy is presented before you are asked for your login and password. If using the ethernet ports or the wireless network you must open a browser which will then present you with the Internet Use Policy.
