Safe Place Program

Project Safe Place is a national outreach and prevention program that is designed to help youth who are at-risk, homeless, or in crisis. In Johnson County, Project Safe Place began as a collaborative project between United Action for Youth and Youth Homes in 1997. Now there are 31 Safe Place sites throughout Johnson County. These sites have all been trained, and are ready to help youth get the help they need. Help is free and confidential, and is available 24 hours a day. Safe Place...Where Teens Get Help Fast!
