Adult Summer Reading Program



The adult program, Make the Library Your Laboratory, has two options for participants. Participants can either read five books, which are tracked on a bookmark they'll receive when they sign up, or read three books and attend two summer reading program activities. All programs also have a bonus round for participants who meet their reading goals early and want to keep going!

Join us for an evening with Thomas Maltman, the author of the 2014 All Iowa Reads selection, Little Wolves. Set on the Minnesota prairie in the late 1980s, Little Wolves features the intertwining stories of a father searching for answers after his son commits a heinous murder, and a pastor's wife who has returned to the town for mysterious reasons of her own.
