Teen Advisory Group

To energize teen programming and services as well as allow teens a greater voice at the Library, a Teen Advisory Group (TAG) formed in the fall of 2004. Following a brainstorming session at the end of the Summer Reading Program, young people grades 7-12 have been meeting monthly to plan upcoming events, eat and discuss issues of concern such as book challenges. TAG has played a key role in developing the programs on the Teen Events page such as the Teen Writers? Club.

TAG meets the first Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. September-May. Summer meetings are scheduled as needed.
