Readers on the run!

Fall is one of my favorite times to go for a run. The weather is cooler, less humidity, and the scenery can be beautiful. Even the wind and occasional drizzle/downpour can make a run exciting and atmospheric! Besides being a great way to get outdoors, a good run can help you clear your mind, build your fitness, and meet some really nice dogs (and their people).
