Storytime Room
Today we will honor black culture and history with books that celebrate key African American figures. We will celebrate the significant impact black musicians have played on music as well. Stick around for the Black History Month Short Film Fest featuring several important stories that have been made into animated features, including Voice of Freedom : Fannie Lou Hamer, Spirit of the Civil Rights Movement, Trombone Shorty, The Snowy Day, and more!
Designed for the whole family and presented at a time convenient for most working parents.
Storytime includes both shorter and longer stories combined with action games and activities.
Family Storytime is recommended for all ages, but parents are asked to sit with their younger children.
