This week our stories and actions will focus on the relaxing practice of Yoga! Children's Librarian/ Yoga Instructor from Zen Den Karen will be here to teach us some mindful breathing, poses, and fun stories about yoga out in the open air! Is there a more relaxing way to start your week? A preschool-age program where stories and picture books are combined with fingerplays, songs, and action rhymes. The ICPL bookmobile will be on site and open for checkout. Library cards can be issued and updated. Preschool Storytime is recommended for children who are 3 years old and up. Held in Willow Creek Park, West Benton Street and Teg Drive, Iowa City.
