Want to get fit, but don’t have a gym membership? Stay home and get some fitness help with these fun apps! We will introduce some smartphone applications that can help you get in shape, track your fitness goals, and generally encourage you to keep any fitness resolutions you have for 2021. All fitness levels are encouraged to attend!
Examples of some of the apps we'll talk about: Yoga for Beginners, Lotus, Fitify apps, Map my Run, Sweat Coin, Aqualert, and more!
