This year's Winter Reading Program theme is "Reading is a Hoot," so we are helping you get in the mood to owl-complish your reading goal with fun owl crafts each Sunday! We love the classic picture book "Owl Babies" about a trio of screech owl siblings who worry their mama has left them! Make your own adorable Percy, Bill and Sarah!
