Mondays through the summer are all about giving you the tools to get through tough times. Yoga improves flexibility, builds strength and is very calming. Join us every other Monday in June and July for a simple yoga practice where all abilities are invited. We'll also provide guidance for easy poses you can do at home and on-the-go.
