Waffling food other than waffles is not just a novelty but an innovation, as well as the opportunity for experimentation, developing and testing hypotheses, trial and failure, and sampling new and unusual foods.
Join us to put foods other than waffle batter into a waffle iron and find out what happens. Donuts, mac and cheese, hash browns, eggs, Snickers bars, and more - will they waffle? Find out at this exciting event. (Please contact the library with questions regarding specific food allergens that might be present.)
