For the exciting return of the Farmer's Market this month, we are featuring a new picture book each week that will be always available to borrow online via our Digital Library collection Overdrive for the entire month of May using the app Libby. This week we are highlighting the book The Cow Loves Cookies by Karma Wilson. The horse loves hay, the chickens need feed, the geese munch on corn, the hogs devour slop, the dog eats treats, but the cow loves…COOKIES? And who doesn't love a cookie treat from the Farmer's Market? Pick up a kit to make an adorable paper plate cow with some paper cookies to keep her happy!
We are no longer offering craft kit registration, but we make enough kits to be available for pick up from the library throughout the week at the Children's Room desk. A new craft kit will be offered every Monday and be available until Sunday or as supplies last, so check out the calendar for new crafts weekly!
