09/09/2021 10:30am 09/09/2021 11:00am Intergenerational Storytime and Birthday Party! Both the Iowa City Senior Center and Iowa City Public Library are celebrating birthdays, so we are getting together for a party at Mercer Park! Also, this Sunday, September 12, is Grandparents' Day, so even more reason to join us for this collaboration to present an outdoor program that all ages can enjoy! Children attendees are encouraged to bring their grandparents or special elderly friends and family and vice versa in their lives for stories, songs, crafts and more for this program celebrating the valuable bond that bridges the old and young!
