10/29/2021 5:00pm 10/29/2021 7:00pm Iowa City Halloween Carnival Join in on the fun down at the Chauncey Swan Parking Ramp from 5-7pm. Iowa City Parks & Rec will be offering ghostly carnival games, spooky experiments, and prizes, oh my! The Bookmobile will be open for browsing with other creepy activities as well! This free Halloween-themed carnival is best served for children ages 10 and under. Halloween costumes are encouraged, but not required. After the carnival, stick around for a showing of Hocus Pocus provided by FilmScene at the Chauncey Swan Park outdoor theater at 7pm!
