We’ll meet on Mondays twice a month and workshops will be a mix of expert speakers, peer discussions, art projects and special events for teens who want to respond and advocate for mental health in their schools and communities. Teens will receive a “go green for mental health pin,” which indicates to others that they have attended workshops and more importantly that they care about mental health. These workshops are not intended to diagnose or treat those with mental illness, but rather understand the signs of someone who is struggling with mental health.
