Book to Art Club is the fourth Tuesday of every month for school age children. Each month we will read a picture book and create custom art inspired by the story!
In December let's get together and enjoy some snowday fun through reading aloud picture book: Snowflakes on our Tongues by Mike Ornstein, which is a silly and sweet story that happens to Farmer Pumpernickel and his animal friends in the winter when it starts to snow. For our art project, we will create some sparkling and sweet snowflakes with marshmallows and other supplies, and then, try them out on our tongues!

El Club de Libros y Arte se reúne el cuarto martes de cada mes para niños en edad escolar. ¡Cada mes leeremos un libro ilustrado y crearemos arte personalizado inspirado en la historia!
Reunámonos y disfrutemos de la diversión en la nieve leyendo en voz alta el libro ilustrado "Snowflakes on our Tongues" de Mike Ornstein, que es una historia divertida y tierna que le sucede al granjero Pumpernickel y sus amigos animales en el invierno cuando comienza a nevar. Para nuestro proyecto de arte, crearemos algunos copos de nieve brillantes y dulces con malvaviscos y otros materiales, ¡y luego los probaremos en nuestras lenguas!
