Library EventFamily Night: First Day of Winter Celebration

All ages are invited to the library as we celebrate the first day of winter and the one of the shortest days of the year. Pajamas and cozy clothes are encouraged as we read stories, sing songs, watch movie shorts and fun winter crafts! Kara from Lovely Bunches will help us make some winter wreaths, and Green Iowa AmeriCorps of Iowa City will show you how to help our birds stay fed and healthy during the cold days. Grab a hot drink on the way out to keep you cozy and warm all the way home.

Todas las edades están invitadas a la biblioteca mientras celebramos el primer día de invierno y el día más corto del año. ¡Se recomienda usar pijamas y ropa cómoda mientras leemos cuentos, cantamos canciones, vemos cortos de películas y proyectos de arte de invierno! Toma una bebida caliente para mantenerte cómodo y abrigado durante todo el camino a casa.
