As part of this year's Winter Reading Program, our first January topic is Award Winners.
Literary awards are given to authors to recognize excellence in writing in a specific genre, subject, style or theme. There are awards based on different writing formats such as novels or poetry, for specific fiction genre or non-fiction subjects such as mystery or politics, for writing in specific languages or published in a specific country, or on a specific theme.

Let's Talk Books is not a traditional book group. We meet on Zoom the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month to talk about our favorite books in a specific genre or on a set theme, and we each come away with some new titles added to our too-be-read lists.
