In celebration of the Black History Month, create a paper rocket that is ready to launch in honor of Mae C. Jemison, the first African American woman to travel in space. We'll design, cut and assemble our own rocket, and then give it a test launch to reach for the stars!
Sunday Funday is suitable for all-ages, but younger children should make the crafts together with caregivers. One craft per child please.

En celebración del mes de la Historia Afroamericana, crea un cohete de papel listo para lanzar en honor a Mae C. Jemison, la primera mujer afroamericana en viajar al espacio. Diseñaremos, cortaremos y ensamblaremos nuestro propio cohete, ¡y luego lo lanzaremos a prueba para alcanzar las estrellas!
