Palestinian and Jewish Iowans share their personal stories and experiences of identity, oppression, solidarity, and hope from inside Palestine and in the US.
With the rising toll of casualties and the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, it can become difficult to see the people behind the numbers. Come listen to a panel of Palestinian-American and Jewish-American speakers from different walks of life talk about their experiences inside and outside Palestine. Ask your questions and learn about actions you can take to advocate for human rights in this crisis.
The speaker panel includes Palestinians, who grew up in the Gaza Strip, West Bank, and from the diaspora.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m., join us for social connection and a light meal! Please register by April 29 so we know how much food to order. https://lp.constantcontactpages.com/ev/reg/y4dchb9/lp/5271db68-098b-46f6...
