As part of the Adult Summer Reading Program, local Taiji instructor Heaiming Chen of Four Hands Taiji, will lead us through an introduction to Taiji.
Tai Chi (or Taiji) is a gentle, low-impact exercise that combines physical movement, breathing techniques, and meditation. It offers a wide range of benefits for people of all ages and fitness levels, including:
- Improved balance and coordination
- Increased strength and flexibility
- Reduced stress and anxiety
- Enhanced focus and metal clarity.
This hour long workshop is geared for adults or teens, providing participants with an opportunity to learn about this ancient practice and experience its benefits firsthand. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows unrestricted movement of your arms and legs.
