Common Ground is the highly anticipated sequel to 2020’s award winning documentary, Kiss the Ground abour regenerating the world’s soils to stabilize Earth’s climate, restore lost ecosystems and create abundant food supplies

Common Ground, narrated by Laura Dern, Jason Momoa, Ian Somerhalder, and Woody Harrelson, Common Ground is about the problems in American food systems, and focuses on farmers using regenerative farming practices to help restore our soil.

 

This free screening has been made possible by a grant from Rocco Films, and is sponsored by nonprofit organizations concerned about the environment including 100 Grannies, Backyard Abundance, Bur Oak Land Trust, Iowa City Public Library, Johnson County Master Gardeners, the League of Women Voters of Johnson County, Project GREEN, and the Sierra Club Iowa Chapter.
