Tuesday, April 22, 2025 - 4:00pm to 5:00pm
Book to Art Club is the fourth Tuesday of every month for school age children. Each month we will read a picture book and create custom art inspired by the story!
Spring is here, let's celebrate by reading a beautiful book about the human animal bonds and interconnectedness of nature. Sonya's Chickens, by Phoebe Wahl, is a children's book about a girl who raises three chickens and learns about loss, love, and the circle of life. After reading the story together, we will use several art techniques to make cute and realistic paper plate chickens!
