Artists at SUI

"Artists at SUI is a studio for adult artists with disabilities that do not have regular access to creative opportunities. We follow our artists' creative visions and assist them by providing supplies, adaptive tools, feedback, or workshops. Our mission is to promote radical inclusion through art, and we work to empower artists with disabilities to be visible and equal contributors in Iowa's creative communities. Artists at SUI was created in 2018 as part of the Iowa City Day Program at Systems Unlimited. Systems Unlimited, Inc. (SUI) is a nonprofit agency that has been serving individuals with disabilities in Eastern Iowa for 50 years through a multitude of services. " -Taken from Artists at SUI statement on the display.
