The Iowa City Public Library’s online catalog, available at catalog.icpl.org, will be unavailable beginning at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, March 20, in order to install a software upgrade.
While the catalog is unavailable, patrons may call the Library at (319) 356-5200 for assistance. While the catalog is down, other services will not be available including eBook, eAudiobook and eMagazine checkout and placing holds.
The Library hopes the down time will not extend longer than two hours.
“The Library continuously strives to improve services to our community. The upgrade to the Library’s online catalog will enable future integration, new technology and information resources,” says Kara Logsden, Community and Access Services Coordinator.
