10/27/2017 6:00pm 10/27/2017 8:00pm City of Iowa City Halloween Parade & Carnival Presenter: Iowa City Parks and Recreation The annual City of Iowa City Halloween Parade and Carnival will have a new location at Mercer Park. The event will kick off with a costume parade around the park and continue with both indoor and outdoor activities including carnival-style games, crafts, prizes, tricks, treats, performances, special visitors, and other Halloween fun. The ICPL Bookmobile will be on site. All ages and abilities are welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult. In case of inclement weather, the parade will be canceled, but the carnival will still be held. There's no participation fee for either event!
