08/02/2019 10:30am 08/02/2019 11:00am Stories in the Park at Mercer: Iowa City Firefighters It’s our last Stories in the Park of the summer, so the firefighters are here for one last splash! We will have a fun firefighter storytime, and then you can meet some of the firefighters of Iowa City. Then, check out their rig and learn all about fire safety! Held in Mercer Park, near the playground equipment. A preschool-age program where stories and picture books are combined with fingerplays, songs, and action rhymes. The ICPL bookmobile will be on site and open for checkout. Library cards can be issued and updated. Preschool Storytime is recommended for children who are 3 years old and up.
