03/15/2021 3:30pm 03/15/2021 4:00pm Spring Break Kids: Make Cookie Dough Bites with Becky's Mindful Kitchen We're kicking off Spring Break with a fun and easy cooking class with Becky Schmooke from Becky's Mindful Kitchen! She'll teach you how to make completely customizable edible cookie dough bites. This recipe is easy enough for almost any age to make, but very young kids may need assistance in the kitchen. This recipe requires flour, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract and butter plus any extra ingredients you'd prefer such as chocolate chips, candies, marshmallows, etc. If you need these ingredient basics sign up for a recipe kit (while supplies last) to be picked up at the library the week before during our Lobby hours starting Monday March 8th through Sunday March 14th, you will just need a stick of butter and some salt! If you have all ingredients at home you can be ready to follow along during the class. Iowa City Public Library Iowa City Public Library America/Chicago public
