Let's gather on Zoom for another session of guided journaling where everyone is welcome, whether you regularly write in a journal, haven't done it in years, or never have tried. This time, Stacey is cooking up some ways to generate random prompts, which should be fun and surprising. Then we'll do some writing around emotions (eg. fear, elation, confusion) and when you've felt that way or observed it in someone else. We'll spend several minutes writing on each prompt. Your writing will be private, but there will be a chance after each prompt to share anything interesting that came up. If you like writing but never really make the time for it, this is for you!
