12/11/2023 1:00pm 12/11/2023 4:00pm Visiting Nurse Association Flu Vaccination Clinic Visiting Nurse Association of Johnson County will offer a walk-in flu clinic, no appointment is necessary. Interested parties are required to fill out a release form so they can bill private insurance, Medicare B, or Medicare Replacement Policies for their services. Please bring your current medical insurance card with you. Vaccine will be available at no charge to children enrolled in Medicaid or children who do not have insurance. The out-of-pocket cost for those without private insurance or Medicare/Medicaid services, would be $39 for the regular dose vaccination, and $83 for the high dose vaccination.
