Book to Art Club is the fourth Tuesday of every month for school age children. Each month we will read a picture book and create custom art inspired by the story!
This month, we will get to know famous expressionist painter, Jean-Michel Basquiat. We will read the Caldecott & Coretta Scott King Illustrator Award Winner picture book, Radiant Child: The Story of Young Artist Jean-Michel Basquiat. Then we will experiment with his art style with some art projects!
