Join members of the UI Biology Department's club Genetics Exploration and Engagement (GENE) for a discussion surrounding recent developments in the world of genetics. The members of GENE look to expand the conversation around genetics outside the classroom in an easy and palatable format for everyone to understand.
The genetic conversation is not only limited to science, but also law, ethics, and much more. New developments are the made in the sphere of every day, and during this event we will highlight a few topics that stand out to us. No knowledge of genetics is required to join, as again we are focused on the greater conversation of genetics in our lives.
