As the summer winds down, now is your chance to reflect on all of the fun you have had, and to relax with some soothing yoga with Kelli from Zen Den Yoga. Through yoga postures, breathing techniques, and creative movement kids will learn to listen to their bodies connecting to the 4 B’s: body, brain, breath and balance. Offering the practice of yoga encourages kids to learn and listen to their bodies. Bring yoga mats if you have some, we will have a limited amount available.
