Recovery Yoga in the Park (Moved to library due to expected heat)
Local yoga instructor, Noelle, has partnered with Community & Family Resources to open up a session of her free Recovery Yoga class to everyone (even if they aren’t in recovery!). This free yoga class will take place in Iowa City Public Library (formerly planned for Iowa City's Chauncey Swan Park) on Tues., Aug. 27, 2024, at 5:30 pm in honor of International Overdose Awareness Day.
Come experience the health advantages of yoga in a loving and non-judgmental environment. All you need is a water bottle and an open heart!
