Volunteers Needed: 2012 Iowa City Book Festival

The Iowa City Book Festival is an annual event celebrating books, writing, and reading. Please consider volunteering for the Iowa City Book Festival on Saturday, July 14 and Sunday, July 15. Without the support of our volunteer community, the Festival could not host authors and book-lovers from across the state and around the country. We have lots of different jobs, times and locations. There is sure to be one that will fit you. Signing up is easy:

Step 1: Go to the Iowa City Book Festival website (http://www.iowacitybookfestival.org/) and click on the “Volunteer” link at the top of the page. On the “Volunteer” page, click on “Register to Volunteer.”
Step 2: Browse and select from the different jobs and times available. Please note: The first page has the jobs and times for Saturday. Click “Continue” at the bottom of the screen to view jobs and times for Sunday. Also, it’s possible to select multiple jobs and shifts.
Step 3: Once you’ve selected a job and time, please read and agree to the waiver. Then click “Continue.”
Step 4: Please fill out all of the information, then click “Proceed to Checkout.” On the next page, click “Proceed.” On the next page, choose a service to sign-in with or click on “No Thanks. Continue without an account.”
