If you are not yet registered to vote, or not registered to vote in Iowa, National Voter Registration Day is a perfect time to get registered.
The Iowa City Public Library and the League of Women Voters of Johnson County will be holding a voter registration session on Tuesday, Sept 19th from 11:00-4:00 in the lobby of the Library.
To register to vote you need to bring a photo id and proof of your address. If your drivers license shows your current address that will work for both. Or you may bring a piece of mail addressed to you at your current address or a copy of your lease (either printed or digital).
