Teen Summer Reading Program: It's the Final Countdown!

The end of the Teen Summer Reading Program is  approaching rapidly.  Wednesday is the final day to turn your Reading Log in at the Reference Desk to claim your prize and be entered for the prize drawing.  The Grand Prize is a Kindle Fire HD and the runner-up prize is a $50 Prairie Lights gift certificate.  If you haven't sign-up for Summer Reading yet, you still can!  Go here, click on "Teen" and fill out the required fields.  You can include any reading and/or activities that you've done since the beginning of June.  It's easy!

    I'm re-reading this in anticipation of its sequel "Wayward Son." I wasn't wild about this book the first time that I read it, which is shocking since I usually love anything Rainbow writes. I think it was an expectations things, because I'm liking it A LOT more this time. -Brian
