With the Iowa City Public Library card, kids have a ticket to ride an Iowa City Transit bus for free, all summer long.  The Library offers free bus rides to children up to 12th grade and their accompanying adult caregivers on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., from Tuesday, June 6 to Thursday, August 24, 2023. Bus riders should show their Iowa City Public Library card to the bus driver to gain free access to the bus.
